ORDER OF BUSINESS:

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.

  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Mathy Construction Co., Michels Corporation agent, (SP-37-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)19 to authorize location of a temporary concrete batch plant in an existing quarry. The property is in the Agricultural District, on property described as: S3782 Fox Hill Rd., part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 22, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0680-1.
    2. First Missionary Baptist Church, Sonny Hyde, agent, (SP-38-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.13(1)(h)4 to authorize the continued operation and future expansion of an existing church. The property is zoned Resource Conservancy District-5 and described as: S3111 Ableman Rd., part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 8, T12N, R5E, Town of Excelsior, tax parcel 010-0492.
    3. Larry Lenerz, (SP-39-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05B(2)(b)3 to allow the construction of a pond within 300 feet of a property line. The property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District on real estate described as: E9512 Freedom Rd., part of the SE ¼, NW ¼, section 12, T10N, R5E, Town of Honey Creek, tax parcel 020-0518.
    4. Sauk County, Bradley Peck, agent,, (SP-40-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.10(2)(b)7 to authorize the location and expansion of an existing agricultural related business. This property is being rezoned to Resource Conservancy District-35 on real estate described as: part of the NW ¼, NE ¼ section 8, T8N, R3E, Town of Spring Green, tax parcel 032-0252.
    5. Richard & Cheryl Wittmann, Sauk County, agent, (SP-41-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.13(1)(h)6 and 23.07(1)(b) to authorize the location of a 250 foot emergency communication tower. The property is zoned Agricultural, on real estate described as: part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 23, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, tax parcel 002-0788.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
