ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.

  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Lawrence Smith, (SP-42-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)10 to authorize the operation of a private landfill site. The property is in the Agricultural District, on property described as: S1849 Herwig Rd., lot 1 CSM 549, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 25, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcels 006-0539 & 0538.
    2. Linda Szwaya, Todd Denman, agent, (SP-43-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)3 to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% in order to construct retaining walls for an existing residence. The property is in the shoreland protection district and described as: S810 W. Redstone Dr., lot 28 Goldfinch addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 12, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-1730.
    3. Ron Mellenthin, (SP-44-05). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05B(2)(b)3 to allow the construction of a pond within 300 feet of a property line. The property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District on real estate described as: E7246 Schmidt Rd., part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 12, T11N, R4E, Town of Westfield, tax parcel 040-0241
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
