ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
2. Approval of agenda.
3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
4. Communications.
5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
   1. Ross and Theresa Halverson, (SP-45-05) a special exception permit to authorize the operation of a bed and breakfast and addition of a lodging house. A variance to allow a lodging house of less than 750 sq ft. This property is zoned Agricultural, located at: E3048 Marble Quarry Rd. SE ¼, NW ¼, section 29, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, tax parcel 004-0881.
   2. Jeffery White, David Hyzer agent, (SP-46-05), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20 %. The property is in the Shoreland District, described as: NW ¼, SW ¼, section 12, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0331.
6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
7. Adjournment.
