Airport Report. Discussion followed. Stevens discussed ILS and approach lights at Tri-County Airport. Also discussed was the acquisition of development rights surrounding the airport.

- WISDOT Representatives to Discuss USH 12 Proposed Improvements. Discussion tabled until subsequent meeting.

- Capital City International Representative to Discuss Buy Back Program on IHC Quad Axle Dump Truck. Discussion followed. Outright price for chassis is $74,900.12 less a trade of $73,150.00. Price includes electronic warranty.
Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to trade Unit #303 for one new IHC Quad Axle Dump Truck from Capital City International for $1,770.12

- Fabco Equipment Company Representative to Discuss Buy Back Program on CAT 140H Motor Grader.
Motion by Sinklair, seconded by Stevens to trade Unit #49 for one new Caterpillar 140H Motor Grader from Fabco Equipment for $12,500.00

- Discuss WISDOT Proposed Salt Shed Project at Prairie du Sac Facility. Discussion followed.

- Discuss Road Construction Projects for 2005. Crews will start on CTH PF projects as soon as weather permits.

- Open Bids for CTH S Timber Bridge Construction Project at 9:30 am.
2 Bids were received for the CTH S Timber Bridge Construction Project.

- Approve Vouchers. Discussion followed. Motion by Stevens, seconded
by Sprecher to approve January 2005 bills in the amount of
$ 13,438.06 .

- Discuss Quote for Additional Electrical Service at White Mound Park
Campground.
Discussion followed. Quote from Hill's Wiring
has not yet been received. To supply electrical to the Horse
Campground, Alliant Energy quoted $14,126.00 for underground service
and $20,317.00 for overhead service.

- Update on County Forest. It was decided to replant the areas of
the County Forest infected with annossum with trees this
Spring. There will be a timber harvest in the County Forest
in 2006.
