1. Meeting called to order and certify Open Meeting Law by Chairman Hartje. Present: Hartje, Sprecher, and Stevens.

   Absent: None.

   Also present: Steve Muchow

2. Adopt Agenda. Motion to adopt Agenda by Sprecher, seconded by Stevens.
   Motion carried.
3. Commencement of County Highway Road Inspection Tour. Discussion followed.

   No Action.

   Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Stevens to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting set for Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at 8:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
   Motion carried.
