Resolution will be on the September 19, 2006 Sauk County Board of Supervisors meeting agenda. Moved (Bychinski/Fordham), to approve agenda, with change.

• Approve minutes of previous session: Beverly J. Mielke, Sauk County Clerk, with correction on page 2 under consent agenda: "Transpiration" corrected to "Transportation". Moved (Ashford/Dippel), to amend the minutes, page 3, under Resolution #84-06, by deleting: "Discussion followed and Supervisor Haugen expressed reservations about comments made in a recent closed session of the E&L Committee." Motion to amend carried. Moved (Volz/Alexander), to approve minutes of previous session, with correction and amendment.

  Moved (Stevens/Fordham). Supervisor Stevens clarified this is a replacement for a damaged vehicle.   Ordinance 96-06 Approving The Rezoning Of Lands In The Town Of Winfield From A Recreational-Commercial To A single Family Residential Zoning District Filed Upon James Hutchinson, Property Owner, (Petition #13-2006).
