Others Present: Tim Stieve, Phil Raab, Richard Meister
Tim noted that all we are waiting on is the Hwy 78 and Ellis indicated he would be meeting with DOT on the right of ways and delivering some plans. Apparently at this time the DOT is stating that all ROW's will be purchased by 10-31-06 (previously they had indicated this would be done by 8-31-06 so this is a delay). Sinklair noted that would should have Ellis check into the RR track option as Rob believe we could easily get into that ROW with the only exception being the Badger plant section. Tim noted that all the Fiber Equipment with the exception of Spring Green is up and running.
Merrimac: All the work at the site, programming, etc. is completed. A few changes need to be made on Dispatch Consols for paging.
Hillpoint: All site work has been completed as of last week. Like Merrimac site we need to make changes on the Dispatch Consols for paging.
Lake Delton: This site is 100% functional as of three weeks ago.
Hemlock: Nothing new to report.
Happy Hill: Still working on switching things from the old to new building. This will take another month or two to be fully switched over.
Sauk City: Fully functional except for paging which also requires some console programming.
Courthouse: Nothing new to report.
Spring Green: Construction of the foundation completed at the end of July, As-Built began stacking the tower on August 30th but they had a problem with the crane company and did not get the right sized crane to stack the entire tower. Waiting to hear from Dan as to when they will complete the stacking. Building is set and powered up. We will be placing and wiring up our equipment over the next several weeks, including the reminder of this week. Fiber will be installed the end of this week and finished up the beginning of next week. Discussed status of the existing SG Tower, will continue to hold onto the tower for the time being.
