The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. by Chairperson Krueger and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.

Motion by Wenzel, seconded by Fordham to approve the agenda, as mailed.
Motion carried

Possible Resolution Authorizing Sauk County's Participation in the Community Development Block Grant Program - Bangert:

K. Schauf, Administrative Coordinator, explained the operation of this program. Motion by Fordham, seconded by Stevens to approve forwarding this resolution to the County Board for consideration at the December 19, 2006 meeting.
Motion carried.

Possible Resolution E152A-06 Denying Claim of Estate of Jeffrey Hessen, Judith Morelos, Mark R. Heesen, Jameson Heesen, and Jeremy Heesen:

T. Liebman, Corporation Counsel, explained the circumstances of this claim. Motion by Wenzel, seconded by Ashford to approve forwarding this resolution to the County Board for consideration at the December 19, 2006 meeting.
Motion carried.

Motion by Ashford, seconded by Fordham to adjourn. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 5:45 P.M.
