1. Call to order at 5:30 p.m. by Art Carlson. The open meeting law requirements were met.
2. Motion by Borleske, second by Endres to adopt the agenda.
   Motion carried.
3. Discussion and Consideration of Ordinance No. 136.06 Creating Chapter 46 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances and Creating the Sauk County Health Care Center Board of Trustees.

   Motion by Endres, second by Borleske to approve Ordinance No. 136.06.
   Motion carried.

4. Motion by Borleske, second by Endres, to adjourn.
   Motion carried.
