Human Services Finance Sub-Committee

Meeting was called to order by Endres at 4:30 p.m., and it was determined that the meeting was in compliance with the open meeting laws.

Present were Alexander, Bowers, Endres and Vertein. Staff present was Horkan and Orth.

The agenda was adopted.

Motion to adopt of the minutes for the prior month's meeting was made by Alexander, seconded by Vertein and carried.

Business Items

Review and Approve Month Vouchers:

Horkan distributed and reviewed the Monthly Voucher Report. Several line items were explained. A motion to approve monthly vouchers in the amount of $1,616,535.47 by Alexander, seconded by Bowers and carried.

Approval for Collection Requests:

None.

State Tax Intercept Collections:

Horkan reported the Tax Intercept Program (TRIP) through State Collection Agency has been successful in recouping $8,831.66 through March 31, 2006. The Sauk County portion of the recoupment is $5,325.20.

Departmental Updates

Monthly Reports:

Horkan distributed and reviewed the March Volatile line report and the year to date Alternate Care Statistics.
