  3. Approval of August 16, 2006 meeting minutes
  4. Review and approve resignations of Barbara Hawley and Michael Kaesbauer
  5. Approve home health agency representative, Shell Lea Hainz, as replacement for Michael Kaesbauer
  6. Introduce Theron Hill as potential new member to replace Barbara Hawley as the physically disabled representative
  7. Review and approve new policy and procedure - Ensuring Quality Caregivers which will incorporate Conflict of Interest policy, Criminal Background Check policy, Adult Family Home Certification policy, and No Direct Payments to Program Participants
  8. Public comment
  9. Discuss last meeting date for 2006. Tentative date, Wednesday, November 15, 2006. Plan to have Bill Orth, Director, Sauk County Department of Human Services, speak to the committee regarding Long Term Care Redesign.
