Policy Review: Gina Thill explained the two policies required to be approved: Conflict of Interest Policy and Criminal Background Check Policy. Information and history of these were distributed at last meeting. Current COP policy of May 11, 2005, on "Limitations on Payments for Services Funded by LTS Programs" has very similar language to these two new policies. Efforts will be made to incorporate these policies to avoid duplication. A special meeting will be held on Friday, October 20, 2006, at 10 a.m in Reedsburg to review and approve these policies. Gina Thill explained that we would like to incorporate same procedure for all three policies: Conflict of Interest, Criminal Background Check Policy, and Limitations on Payments for Services Funded by LTS Programs.

Public Comment: Sue Hebel and Trish Vandre informed Long Term Support Planning Committee Members of the brief overview that Trish Vandre and Bill Orth provided to the Sauk County Board on August 15, 2006. A Power-Point presentation was passed out to members.
