The meeting was called to order by P. VanOosten at 9:00 A.M. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
County Clerk Mielke reviewed the canvassing requirements from the State Elections Board and informed members on the reporting of votes which were cast on HAVA compliant voting equipment. The September 12, 2006 Partisan Primary Election was the first election at which this equipment was used in Sauk County.
The Board broke for lunch from 11:15 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
Motion by Dohner, seconded by Hill to adjourn and re-convene at 8:00 A.M.
on Friday, September 15, 2006.
Motion carried and the meeting
adjourned at 3:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by P. VanOosten at 8:00 A.M. and canvassing resumed with all members present.
The canvass report was signed by Board members and will be forwarded to the State Elections Board by the September 22, 2006 deadline. A copy of same will be available in the Sauk County Clerk's Office.
Motion by Dohner, seconded by Hill to adjourn. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 9:45 A.M.
