7. Possible closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85 (1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the [governmental] body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
8. Adjourn.

Immediately following the adjournment of the joint committee meeting, the Personnel Committee will reconvene for their regular business meeting separately in 213. It is estimated that this will be at 9:00, but the exact time may vary.
