- Meeting called to order by Hartje at 7:30 a.m. Certification
of Compliance with Open Meeting Law was met.
- Adopt Agenda: Motion by Montgomery, second by Dippel
to approve agenda. Carried.
- Adopt draft minutes of November 2006: Motion by Montgomery,
second by Volz. Carried.

- Treasurer's Report - Resolution presented Accepting
Bids on Tax-Delinquent Real Estate acquired by Sauk
County. These properties are in Town of Dellona, Town
of LaValle, Town of Woodland, Village of Lake Delton.
Motion by Volz, second by Dippel to approve resolution.
Carried.
Resolution presented Ordering County Clerk to Issue Tax Deeds
on Unredeemed Certificates, Town of Greenfield and Town of
Reedsburg. Motion by Volz, second by Montgomery to approve
resolution.
Carried.
Discussion ensued about the Reedsburg property which will
need a new well and septic system.
- Review and discussion of changes to non-smoking
policy to include designation of outside smoking areas.
T. Stieve said Corp Counsel will be looking over the
old ordinances and mentioned possible smoking areas
for the West Square building and the Courthouse, with
some kind of a cover/barrier. There was a meeting on
this between EMBS, Personnel, K. Schauf and Health.
T. Stieve will continue looking into this.
- Closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat s. 19.85(1)(c),
considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employee
over which the [governmental] body has jurisdiction
or exercises responsibility. Performance evaluation
of EMBS Administrator.
Reconvene in open session.
- Departmental Updates - Risk Management (Carl Gruber)
- Monthly Report was given.
- Review and approval of deductibles - no deductibles
for November
- Gruber took Committee to view the driving simulator
after the meeting.
- Departmental Updates - Buildings & Safety (Tim Stieve)
- Monthly Report was given.
- Report on the 3rd Avenue property - $11,559 is the
reserve balance and Stieve will get together with Corp
Counsel to compose the letter to the tenants for next
year.
- Review and approval of vouchers -- Motion by Dippel,
second by Montgomery to approve monthly vouchers totaling
$58,697.99.
Carried.
- Update on the VARC construction - Doug Blakeslee
reported essentially it is completed and fully occupied.
The original budget was $1 million, the final cost
is $716,000. Some things were put back into the project,
i.e, a kitchen. Hartje suggested touring the facility
and Stieve will look into setting this up for next
month's meeting.
Stieve gave a Communications towers update.

at VARC in Reedsburg
- Motion by Montgomery, second by Volz to adjourn meeting.
