To complete preliminary organizational document approvals; to secure consensus among Commissioners and Stakeholders regarding the purpose and role of the Oversight Management Commission.

• Discussion of possible “digest” of updates from other Badger-related meetings.
• Discussion of the role of the Oversight Management Commission as envisioned by the Badger Reuse Plan, the Memorandum of Understanding and the Intergovernmental Agreement.
• Discussion of proposal for a consultant study of land use issues related to groundwater contamination.
• Discussion of land uses evaluated by the Badger Reuse Committee in 2001.
