Staff Report

Tremble reported on the current status of County Board-approved projects.

Unfinished Business

Tremble reported no new information on the NRCS Extension Agreement. Members questioned whether the Agreement provided flexibility in terms of who could access the funding.

New Business

Tremble distributed copies of a letter and map received from Gerd Muehllehner requesting Commission feedback on a proposal to eliminate a legal access right-of-way to part of the conservation easement-protected property under Muehllehenr Family Trust ownership. Members discussed the proposal at length, and finally directed Tremble to write a response thanking the Muehllehners for conveying the information, and that the proposed action would not acceptable as long as all local and state regulations regarding parcel access are adhered to.

The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday November 29, 2006.

Motion to adjourn by Persche, second by Beard. Motion Carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:10 a.m.
