    2. Discussion and action to approve the rezoning request (petition 5-2003) as filed by James Sprecher, property owner, in the Town of Spring Green. A public hearing was held on this request on February 24, 2003 and was tabled pending closure and reclamation of an existing nonmetallic mining site in the Town of Spring Green. The property is located in Section 2, T8N, R6E of the Town of Spring Green, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
    3. Discussion and action to approve a Final Plat for the Lake View Estates subdivision plat in the Town of Merrimac, Wisconsin. This development had been approved as a Planned Development and recorded in 2003. However, the developer recorded a condominium instrument. The developer is now proposing to rescind the condominium instrument and related materials and to reapprove the development as a standard PUD subdivision plat. The Plat is located in Section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, Sauk County, Wis.
    4. Discussion and action to approve the Sauk County Agricultural Preservation Plan Revision and Plan Maps as Petition #18-2005. A public hearing was held on this proposed plan revision on October 11, 2005. No action was taken at that time due to the certification process with the Wisconsin Land and Water Conservation Board as described in Chapter 91 of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
    5. Discussion regarding the 2005 Planning and Zoning and Baraboo Range Preservation Program Annual Reports.
    6. Discussion and action to approve staff attendance at the WCCA Spring Conference in Wausau from March 29-31.
