Discussion and action on rezone petition 13-2004 by Donald Zick from an Exclusive Agricultural zoning district to a Single Family Residential zoning district in Section 14, T10N, R5E, Town of Honey Creek, Sauk County. (Final action on this petition was postponed by the Planning, Zoning and Land Records Committee at their June 22, 2004 meeting due to the fact that the Town had not taken action on the request. The Town approved the rezone request at their May 18, 2006 meeting.)
    3. Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a 3 acre residential lot in Section 16, T11N, R5E, Town of Freedom, Sauk County in accordance with the PUD (clustering) provisions of Sections 7.10(2)(c), 7.12 and 22.71 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
    4. Discussion and action on Resolution for the Baraboo Range Protection Program for purchase of development rights from David and Debra Lundgren (40 acres) in Section 11, T10N, R5E in the Town of Honey Creek.
    5. Discussion and action on request for a waiver to reduce the access requirements in accordance with the provisions of Section 22.15 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances from 66 feet to 49.5 feet by Gregory Fauerbach, agent for Edward and Barbara Brooks, Section 26, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County.
