- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional
use permit to create a 3.78 acre residential lot in
Section 23, T10N, R4E, Town of Honey Creek, Sauk County
by Dale and Debra Schwanke/Eileen Muchow in accordance
with the PUD (clustering) provisions of Sections 7.05B(2)(c),
7.12 and 22.71 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional
use permit to create a 3.58 acre residential lot in
Section 6, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County

by Howard and Dana Engel in accordance with the PUD
(clustering) provisions of Sections 7.05B(2)(c), 7.12
and 22.71 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional
use permit to create a 2.26 acre residential lot in
Section 24, T10N, R3E, Town of Franklin, Sauk County
by David P. Smith in accordance with the PUD (clustering)
provisions of Sections 7.05B(2)(c), 7.12 and 22.71
of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional
use permit to create a 3.92 acre residential lot in
Section 15, T11N, R4E, Town of Westfield, Sauk County
by Robert and Harold Gavin in accordance with the farm
consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c)
of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Follow-up discussion on Resolution for the Baraboo
Range Protection Program for purchase of development
rights from David and Debra Lundgren (40 acres) in
Section 11, T10N, R5E in the Town of Honey Creek.
