Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a 4.0 acre residential lot in Section 26, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County by Edward and Barbara Brooks in accordance with the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c) of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.

    Petition # 13-2006 - A petition for approval of a rezone from an Recreational-Commercial zoning district to a Single-Family Residential zoning district for the purpose of establishing residential subdivision on approximately 56 acres of land. The request is being made by James Hutchison, landowner and Jeff Schluter, agent. The parcel of land affected by the rezone is located in Section 33, T13N, R4E in the Town of Winfield, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
