- Discussion and action on rezone petition #21-2006
by Steven Zautke and Gail Eerebout from a Single Family
Residential District to a Resource Conservancy 5 district
in the Town of Greenfield. (A public hearing on this
request was previously held on September 26, 2006)
- Discussion and action on Resolution to adopt revisions
to the Sauk County Agricultural Preservation Plan and
Plan Map for the Town of Westfield. (A public hearing
was previously held on petition #14-2006 on August
22, 2006 which was postponed until approval was received
by the Wisconsin Land and Water Conservation Board
on October 3, 2006)
- Discussion and action on request for a waiver to
reduce the access requirements in accordance with the
provisions of Section 22.15 of the Sauk County Code
of Ordinances from 66 feet to 40 feet by Reginald Jaquish,
agent for Gavin Brothers, Section 25, T13N, R4E, Town
of Winfield, Sauk County.
- Discussion and action to amend thhe Town of Merrimac
Zoning Ordinance which reflects modifying existing
and adding new zoning definitions as well as adding
provisions for accessory structures and institutional
residential devleopments.
- Request approval of three staff to attend the Wisconsin
Couty Code Administrators Fall Conference in Stevens
Point, Wisconsin from November 1-3 including overnight
accomodations for two nights.
