- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use
permit to create a 3.6 acre residential lot in Section
30, T10N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac, Sauk County by Ralph Luck, 360
8th Street, Prairie du Sac in accordance with the farm consolidation
provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c) of the Sauk County Code of
Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional
use permit to create two 3 to 5 acre residential lots in Section
35, T9N, R5E, Town of Troy, Sauk County by Gary and Linda Midthun
in accordance with the PUD (clustering) provisions of Sections
7.05B(2)(c), 7.12 and 22.71 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use
permit to create a 3 acre residential lot in Section
9, T9N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac, Sauk County by John and Sharon Wyttenbach
in accordance with the PUD (clustering) provisions
of Sections 7.05B(2)(c), 7.12 and 22.71 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.

- Public Hearing: To begin at approximately
9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion
of each respective hearing).
Petition # 15-2006 and 16-2006 - A petition for approval of a Development
Plan and Preliminary Plat by Jack Akers, Redstone Ridge, in the Town
of Winfield, Sauk County, Wisconsin. The purpose of petition is to
plat a subdivision encompassing 12 single family residential lots with a
total development area of 117 acres. Lot sizes will range from 1 acre up
to roughly 18 acres. This hearing will include review and action on the background
engineering data and respective development covenants as components
of the development plan as well as the preliminary plat layouts. The property
to be subdivided is located along Hirst Road in Section 3, T13N,
R4E, Town of Winfield, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
