    2. Discussion and action to approve two rezone requests in the Town of Delton in accordance with Wis. Stat. 60.62(3). Request by Steve Dennison, agent for Kathy Ott-owner, to rezone property from an Industrial zoning district to a Commercial zoning for the purpose of establishing a used car dealership on tax parcels #0988 and )989 at S2405 U.S. Hwy 12. The second request was filed jointly by Bruce and Joan Trager, Luke Jesse, and Darlene Bayer to rezone their properties from Agricultural to Single Family Residential to allow for a redrawing of property boundaries in accordance with applicable Town of Delton Ordinances. The parcels affected by the request are #0094, #0094-11 and #0094-1, all located in the Town of Delton, Sauk County.
    3. c. Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a 4.35 acre residential lot in Section 30, T10N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac, Sauk County by Matt Elsing, 2110 Dakota Way, Prairie du Sac in accordance with the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c) of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
