to 40 feet by Reginald Jaquish, agent for Andrew Schyvinch, Section 32,
T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, Sauk County.
- Discussion and action on request for a waiver to reduce the access
requirements in accordance with the provisions of Section 22.15 of the
Sauk County Code of Ordinances from 66 feet to 15 feet by Robert Demars.
- Discussion and action on the application for two conditional use
permits in Section 7, T11N, R6E, Town of Franklin, Sauk County by Kenneth
Heiser and William Kulow, E5948 Irish Valley Road, Plain, WI 53577. The
first request is to create a 5 acre residential lot in accordance with
the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c) of
the Sauk County Code of Ordinances. The second request is to create a
5 acre residential lot in accordance with the PUD (clustering) provisions
of Sections 7.05B(2)(c), 7.12 and 22.71 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for two conditional use
permits in Section 28, T11N, R4E, Town of Baraboo, Sauk County by Larry
and Karen Davis, E9837 County Road W, North Freedom, WI 53951. The first
request is to create up to a 5 acre residential lot in accordance with
the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c) of
the Sauk County Code of Ordinances. The second request is to create a
1-5 acre residential lot in accordance with the PUD (clustering) provisions
of Sections 7.05B(2)(c), 7.12 and 22.71 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit
to create a 5 acre residential lot in Section 18, T10N, R6E, Town of
Sumpter, Sauk County by Accola Family Farms, LLC, Leslie Howard Accola,
agent in accordance with the PUD (clustering) provisions of Sections
7.05B(2)(c), 7.12 and 22.71 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use
permit to create a 4 acre residential lot in Section 32, T9N, R5E, Town
of Troy, Sauk County by Darrell Ott in accordance with the PUD (clustering)
provisions of Sections 7.05B(2)(c), 7.12 and 22.71 of the Sauk County
Code of Ordinances.
