5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
   1. Summer Oaks Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc., (SP-01-06). The applicant is requesting a change in administrative decision pursuant to s. 7.17(3) to dispute the issuing of a land use, filling and grading and sanitary system permit by Sauk County Planning & Zoning. The property is located in the Shoreland District, on property described as: S8162 Kassner Rd., Phase I Summer Oaks Condominium, part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 17, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1103-17000.
   2. Ronald & Kathleen Newlun, Rose Yanke agent, (SP-02-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)2 to authorize the location of a contractors storage yard. The property is located in the Agricultural zoning district on real estate described as: S760B Demaske Rd., lot 1 CSM 1493, part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 9, T13N, R3E, La Valle, tax parcel 024-0225.
6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
