  5. Appeals from previous hearings:
    1. Summer Oaks Condominium Association, (SP-01-06), requesting a change in administration decision regarding permits issued for Phase I of the Summer Oaks Condominium Plat. Part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 17, Town of Merrimac. Tabled by the Board January 26, 2006.
  6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Shelly Recob, (SP-03-06). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 7.05B(3)(d) to authorize the construction of an attached garage within the minimum side yard setback. The property is zoned Exclusive Agricultural, on real estate described as: S10387 County Road C, lot 31 Assessor's Plat of Blackhawk, part of the NE ¼, SW ¼, section 8, T9N, R5E, Town of Troy, tax parcel 036-0610.
    2. James Sorg, (SP-04-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05B(2)(b)3 to authorize the location of three ponds within 300 feet of a property line. The property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District and described as: part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 24, T9N, R4E, Town of Troy, tax parcel 036-0307.
    3. Gary & Diane Moseman, The Kraemer Co., (SP-05-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)19 to authorize the expansion of a quarry. The property is located in the Agricultural District on real estate described as: part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 25, T9N, R4E, Town of Troy, tax parcel 036-0330.
    4. Sauk County, (SP-06-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.10(2)(b)8 and s. 23.07(1)(b)2 to authorize the construction of a new 250 foot emergency communications tower. The property is located in the Resource Conservancy District-35 on real estate described as: part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 4, T8N, R4E, Town of Spring Green, tax parcel 032-0823.
    5. James Sprecher, (SP-07-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)19 to authorize the operation of a mineral extraction site. This property is located in the Agricultural District on real estate described as: part of the SW ¼ section 2, T8N, R3E, Town of Spring Green, tax parcels 032-0074, 0075 and 0077.
    6. Ethanol Production Inc., (SP-08-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.10(2)(b)7 to renew a permit for an agricultural related business. The property is zoned Resource Conservancy District-35 and described as: S11609 Paulus Rd., lot 1 C.S.M. 2642, part of the W ½, SW ¼, section 25, T9N, R3E, Town of Spring Green, tax parcel 032-1101-1.
    7. Archie McPherson, (SP-09-06). The applicant is requesting special exception permits pursuant to s. 7.05B(2)(b)3 and s. 8.08(a)3 to authorize the construction of three wildlife ponds within 300 feet of a property line and a stream. The property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District, on real estate described as: part of the SE ¼, NW ¼, section 15, T12N, R3E, Town of Ironton, tax parcel 022-0359.
    8. Alvin Brinkman, (SP-10-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k) 13 to authorize the location of a pond within 300 feet of a road or property line. The property is located in the Agricultural District on real estate described as: S499 Kalepp Rd., part of the SW ¼, SW ¼, section 5, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0113-1.
    9. John & Tracy Brienen, (SP-11-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)1 to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% as part of a new home construction project. The property is located in the Shoreland District, on real estate described as: lot 8 Mockingbird addition to Lake Redstone, part of the SE ¼, NW ¼, section 12, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-2067.
    10. Gary Schyvinch, (SP-12-06). The applicant is requesting special exception permits pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)2, 10, 19 & 20, to authorize the renewal of the special exception permits granted to the applicant May of 200, for a contractor's storage yard, private landfill, mineral extraction site and agricultural related businesses. The property is located in the Agricultural District, on real estate described as: part of the E ½, NW ¼, and the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 29 T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcels 006-0640, 0644 and 0652.
  7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
