  6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Dean & Kim Blum, (SP-21-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)2 to authorize the location of a contractor's storage yard. The property is zoned Agricultural, on real estate described as: part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 15, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0424.
    2. Orrin Carr, (SP-22-06). The applicant is requesting variances pursuant to s. 8.06(1)(c)2 and 8.05(3)(b) and (c) to authorize the construction of a detached garage within the minimum road setbacks on a substandard lot. The property is located in the Shoreland District and described as: lot 2 CSM 4280,part of the SW ¼, SE ¼, section 3, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 024-0721.
    3. Jeffrey & Charlotte Coleman, (SP-23-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05B(2)(b)1 to authorize the operation of a stable, paddock and equestrian trail. The property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District on real estate described as: S10629 Wilson Creek Rd., part of the NE ¼, section 16, T9N, R4E, Town of Franklin, tax parcel 014-0299.
    4. Craig & Jamie Hubertz, (SP-24-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)1 to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% for the construction of a detached garage. The property is located in the Shoreland District on real estate described as: S1495 Canary Ct., lot 15, Canary addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 23, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-1244.
    5. James Fish, (SP-25-06). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 7.18(3)(b) and 8.06(1)(c)2 to authorize the construction of a detached garage within the minimum road setback This property is zoned single family and located in the Shoreland Protection District on real estate described as: E4472 W. Redstone Dr., lot 23 Bluebird addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 23, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-1100.
    6. Dean & Audrey Throndsen, (SP-26-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)20 to authorize the location an agricultural related business. The property is located in the Agricultural District and described as: S1832A Horkan Rd., lot 1 C.S.M. 2980, part of the W ½, NE ¼, section 30, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcel 006-066-1.
