ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.

  6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Brian Farr, (SP-27-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)1 to authorize the filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% within 300 feet of Skillet Creek. The property is located in the shoreland protection district, on real estate described as: E11002 Skillet Creek Rd., part of the NW ¼, NW ¼, section 16, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0437.
    2. John Yoder, (SP-28-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.13(1)(h)4 to authorize the construction and operation of a private school. The property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District and described as: part of the SE ¼, NW ¼, section 8, T12N, R3E, Town of Ironton, tax parcel 022-0198.
    3. Ron & Lara Rabuck, (SP-29-06). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(l)5 to authorize the construction of a second kennel within 1000 feet of a neighbor's residence. The property is located in the Agricultural District on real estate described as: S1305 Thompson Rd., part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 16, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0458.
  7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
