ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Vernagene Sawyer & Cheri Hitchcock, (SP-30-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.08(2)(b)17 to authorize the operation of a rustic campground. The property is zoned Recreational-Commercial, on real estate described as: lot 2 CSM 4612, part of the N ½, NE ¼, section 15, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcel 006-0274-1.
    2. Sammy Nixon, (SP-31-06). The applicant is requesting variances pursuant s. 7.03(d)1 and s. 8.05(1)(b) to authorize the location, (as built) of a residence, deck and garage within the minimum side yard setbacks. The property is located in the Single Family and Shoreland Districts, described as: S1387 E. Redstone Dr., lot 1 CSM 2530, part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 23, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-2294.
    3. Jason Sammons, (SP-32-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.09(2)(b)13 & 16 to authorize the location of a contractor' storage yard with outside storage for a landscaping business. The property is located in the Commercial District on real estate described as: E4245 State Road 33, lot 2 CSM 5409, part of the NE ¼, SW ¼, section 26, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
    4. Evelyn Propp, (SP-33-06). The applicant is requesting a special land use permit pursuant to s. 8.06(6)6 to authorize the location of a structure within the minimum shoreland setback. The property is located in the Shoreland District, on real estate described as: E12457 Grace St., lot 8 Indian Heights, part of the NW ¼, NW ¼, section 10, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1061.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Discussion; Minimum setbacks and possible changes.
  8. Adjournment.
