ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.

    1. Evelyn Propp, (SP-33-06). Tabled by the Board August 24, 2006. Possible closed session per 19.85(1)(g): Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
  6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Hay Creek Estates, LLC. (SP-34-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)3 and 8.10(3)(c)5g to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of Hay Creek and the construction of a pond within 110 feet of a road. The property is zoned Agricultural, on real estate described as: part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 15, T13N, R4E, Town of Winfield, tax parcel 042-0782.
    2. Lawrence Pinger, (SP-35-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.10(2)(b)4 to authorize the construction of a pond within 110 feet of a road. The property is zoned Resource Conservancy District-35 on real estate described as: S11669 Hazelnut Rd., part of the S ½, SW ¼, section 29, T9N, R4E, Town of Spring Green, tax parcel 032-1380.
    3. Wilson Creek Kennels, (SP-36-06). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit and a variance pursuant to s. 7.10(2(b)10 to authorize a kennel within 1000 feet of a neighbor's residence. The property is zoned Resource Conservancy District-35 on real estate described as: S11810 Wilson Creek Rd., part of the E ½, NE ¼, section 33, T9N, R4E, Town of Spring Green, tax parcel 032-1451.
    4. Edmund Orlowski, (SP-37-06). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 8.05(1)(b) to authorize the location of a ramp/deck (as built) within the minimum side yard setback. This property is located in the Shoreland Protection District on real estate described as: E14413 Baltic Ave., lot 10 and part of lot 11, Bellvue Resort, part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 36, T11N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-0736.
  7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
