ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.

  6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Martin Liebert, (SP-38-06), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading in the Shoreland Protection District and a variance to authorize the construction of retaining walls within the minimum setback to the lake. The property is described as: lot 9 & 10 of Lakeview Estates, part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, section 8, Town of Merrimac.
    2. Dennis & Jenny Frey, (SP-39-06), a special exception permit to authorize the location of a cottage industry, repair and building of diesel engines trucks and tractors. The property is zoned Exclusive Agricultural, and described as; E9688 County Road B, part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 24, Town of Troy.
    3. Roger & Sharon Wahl, (SP-40-06), a special exception permit authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% within 300 ft of a lake. This property is in the Shoreland Protection District, described as: S1474 Sac Ct. Lot 2 CSM 5031, part of the SE ¼, NW ¼, section 24, Town of La Valle.
  7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
