  6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Mike & Brenda Kozlowski, (SP-41-06), a special exception permit to authorize the location of a cottage industry. The short term rental of an existing house on a farm The property is zoned Exclusive Agricultural and described as: S4314 State Road 23, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 27, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, tax parcel 030-0929.
    2. Steven Blakeslee, (SP-42-06), a special exception permit to authorize the location of a contractor's storage yard. The property is zoned Agricultural, and described as; part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 15, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0410-11.
    3. M. James and Susan Winz, (SP-43-06), several variances to authorize the location of a new residence within the minimum setback to the road, sideyards and lake on a substandard lot. This property is in the Shoreland Protection District, described as: E13639 Idlewild Rd., lot 9, block 1, Camp Idlewild, part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 3, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-0704.
  7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
