  1. Meeting called to Order by Chairman Hartje. Present: Hartje, Stevens, Sprecher, and Sinklair.

    Absent: Meister.

    Also present: Muchow; Carignan.

  2. Adopt Agenda. Motion by Sinklair, seconded by Stevens.
    Motion carried.
  3. Discuss Proposed Possible Relocation of Onyx Waste Services Baraboo Transfer Station to Sauk County Owned Property Located in Town of Delton. The Committee members traveled to the subject property and discussed possible options. The overall consensus was that the transfer station would be better served if it were located at the existing Sauk County landfill site.
    No Action.
  4. Adjournment. Motion to adjourn by Sinklair, seconded by Stevens.
    Motion carried.
