- Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting. Motion by Sinklair, seconded
by Stevens.

- Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed.
Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to approve December
2005 bills in the amount of $ 16,409.70.
- Approve Request for Fisharee at White Mound Park on
Saturday, February 11, 2006. Motion by Sprecher, seconded
by Meister to approve Fisharee.

- Discuss 2006 Outlay Purchases. Discussion followed
regarding purchasing a used skidsteer loader from the Highway
Department.

- Discuss Allowing Hunting on County Parks Property.
Discussion followed. Koenig was advised to consult Corporation
Counsel to see if the County Forest and other property are
addressed in Sauk County Ordinances. Koenig will bring back
information to the next meeting.

- Review and Approve Resolution Commending Don Scott for
Years of Service. Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens
to approve Resolution commending Don Scott for Years of Service.

- Discuss Request by Town of Greenfield to Change
Man Mound Road to a County Trunk Highway. Discussion followed.
The Highway Department will conduct a traffic volume count
on Man Mound Road in the Spring of 2006

- Discuss Proposed Possible Relocation of Onyx Waste
Services Baraboo Transfer Station to Sauk County Owned Property
Located in the Town of Delton. Discussion followed.
The Pit Road site will probably not be suitable per DNR
requirements and the Highway Department would rather keep
the property for it's current uses. The City of Baraboo
stated that the Crawford Street site should pass DNR requirements
and that they will further pursue their options.

adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting set for Wednesday,
February 8, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
