   Absent: None.

   Also present: Muchow; Greg Roth - Fabco Equipment.

2. Adopt Agenda. Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister.
   Motion carried.
3. Department: Transportation
   1. Fabco Equipment Company Representative to Present Caterpillar Governmental Buy Back Program Costs on Loaders, Dozers, and Graders. Greg Roth, Fabco, presented costs for Buy Back Program on 950 Loader and 140 Grader. Discussion followed.

      No Action.

   2. Road Inspection Tour - County Trunk Highways.

   Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to leave for County Road Inspection Tour.
   Motion carried.

4. Adjournment. Returned from Road Tour.

   Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to adjourn until the next meeting set for Wednesday, May 10, 2006.
   Motion carried.
