   Also present: Steve Muchow
2. Adopt Agenda. Motion to adopt Agenda by Meister, seconded by Stevens.
   Motion carried.
3. Commencement of County Highway Road Inspection Tour. Discussion followed.
   No Action.

Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting set for Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
Motion carried.
