   Marty Krueger, County Board Chair, expressed appreciation on a job well done regarding the STH 78 resurfacing project.

   • - Review of the Chapter 13 Non-Represented Employee Grievance Procedure.

   • - Notice of Circumstances Giving Rise to Claim Regarding Eric and Agata Nowak. Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Volz to deny claim.

   1. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed. Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to approve October 2006 bills in the amount of $ 10,912.82 .
      Motion carried.
   2. Approve Resolution Authorizing Assistant Park Director to Issue Citations for Chapter 10 Violations. Discussion followed.
      Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Volz to approve Resolution authorizing the Assistant Park Director to issue citations for Chapter 10 violations.

   3. Approve Timber Sale at County Forest.
      Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to approve solicitation for a timber sale at County Forest.
      Motion carried.
