1. Meeting called to Order by Chairman Hartje. Present: Hartje, Meister, Stevens, and Volz.

   Absent: Sprecher.

   Also present: Muchow; Carignan; Koenig; Kathy Schauf - Admin. Coord.; Brian Bridgeford - BNR; Marty Krueger - Co. Board Chair; Todd Liebman - S.C. Corp. Counsel.

2. Adopt Agenda. Motion by Volz, seconded by Meister.
   Motion carried.
3. Department: Parks
   1. Discussion and Possible Approval to Study Feasibility of the Development of a Park at the Sauk County Community Forest.
      Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to give authority to the Parks Director to work with County Staff and DNR to develop a plan and scope of the project.
      Motion carried.
4. Department: Transportation
   1. Review and Approve 2007 State Routine Maintenance Agreement.
      Motion by Volz, seconded by Meister to approve State RMA's.
      Motion carried.
5. Adjournment. Motion by Volz, seconded by Meister to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting set for Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
   Motion carried.
