The meeting of the Sauk County WCA AD HOC Committee was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 5:30 p.m.
Members present: Arthur Carlson, Al Dippel, Charlie Montgomery
Members excused: Kathy Zowin, Rose White
Others present: Dale Jaedike
The agenda was approved on a motion by Dippel, second by Montgomery, and a unanimous vote of the Committee.
Minutes from previous meetings were approved on a motion by Montgomery, seconded by Dippel, and a unanimous vote of the Committee

Dale Jaedike will get double sided tape to facilitate the display of photos on the wall panels, and get adhesive badges
Dale Jaedike will compile a list of prize donors
Charlie Montgomery reported he still needs volunteers for the booth on Monday, and Tuesday's teardown
Dale Jaedike will verify with Marty Krueger that the band and honor guard have been secured
