The regular meeting of the Sauk County Arts, Humanities and Historic Preservation Committee was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 1:00 p.m. by Art Carlson.
Members present: Arthur Carlson, Judy Ashford, Rose White, Dale Loomis
Members excused: Molly Arbogast, Tommy Lee Bychinski, Peter Tollaksen
Others present: Paul Wolter, Dale Jaedike
The agenda was approved on a motion by Ashford, second by Loomis, and a unanimous vote of the Committee.
The minutes of the prior meeting were approved on a motion by Ashford, second by White, and a unanimous vote of the Committee.
Public Appearances / Public Comment:
Paul Wolter gave an update on activities regarding the Painted Forest.
Communications:
Art Carlson relayed information on the Spring Green Sesquicentennial Variety Show scheduled for September 1 in Spring Green
Dale Loomis relayed information on the Summerset Theatre Play, "The Man who Came to Dinner" running in Baraboo

Discuss working with Paul Wolter to create a book or CD based on his Historic Homes of Sauk County presentation.
Motion made by Ashford, second by White to spend up to $900 on the creation of a DVD based on Paul's presentation
