  2. 2.) Letter from Ed Geick, City of Baraboo Administrator, regarding comprehensive rezoning of the City of Baraboo. City of Baraboo records show that Sauk County property at 505 Broadway, is zoned R-3, which allows one through four unit dwellings; The proposed City of Baraboo zoning will be R1-A, which allows single-family dwellings. The result of this proposed zoning change will be a reduction in the number of units allowed on this property.   3. 3.) Letter from Ed Geick, City of Baraboo Administrator, regarding comprehensive rezoning of the City of Baraboo. The proposed zoning will be R1-A, which allows single family dwellings. The result of this proposed zoning change is that conversions to a two family dwelling unit will no longer be allowed.
