Kerry Beghin, CPA, Controller, clarified the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue did not include bridge aids and library aids in the levy limit, allowing counties to raise the tax levy. A monthly report be provided to the Sauk County Law Enforcement and Finance committees showing all added income and added expenses of Pod A which must include those occurring in other County departments including, but not limited to Building Services, Personnel, Human Services, Clerk of Courts, etc. A monthly report be provided to the Sauk County Law Enforcement and Finance committees showing all income and expenses separately for Pod B and the Huber unit. After the start up period for Pod A has ended and it has begun to operate, that it will be closed down as soon as current added expense begins to exceed added income."
