A monthly report be provided to the Sauk County Law Enforcement and Finance committees showing all added income and added expenses of Pod A which must include those occurring in other County departments including, but not limited to Building Services, Personnel, Human Services, Clerk of Courts, etc. A monthly report be provided to the Sauk County Law Enforcement and Finance committees showing all income and expenses separately for Pod B and the Huber unit. After the start up period for Pod A has ended and it has begun to operate, that it will be closed down as soon as current added expense begins to exceed added income."
