SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:

  1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
  2. Adopt Agenda.
  3. Possible closed session pursuant to 19.85(1)(g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Sauk Co. v. U.S. Dept. of the Interior.
  4. Reconvene in Open Session immediately following the closed session.
  5. Authorizing appeal of IBIA decision regarding Parcel 7 in accordance with previous County Board Resolutions.
  6. Possible closed session pursuant to 19.85(1)(g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
