Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Joan Fordham. Open meeting law requirements were met.
Motion by Carlson, second by Borleske, to adopt the agenda.
Motion carried.
Motion by Endres, second by Stoeckmann to nominate Joan Fordham to be chairperson of this meeting and that nominations be closed.
Motion carried.

Communication received from Tony Tyczynski, Veteran's Service Officer, who sent a flyer describing a workshop entitled "Bridging the Gap Between Generations" which will be in Milwaukee on May 7 & 8. Registration is due before March 16. Was made available for any members who wished to attend.
Fordham updated the Board of Trustees on the progress and direction of the Continuum of Care Committee. Will be looking at sites tomorrow.
Architect from Horty Elving discussed the report of the Continuum of Care Planning Committee and the matrix of services chart. Also wants to hear thoughts on what the County would like to provide for the citizens and later talk with staff of current facility on what they are providing on site and what they see the needs are. Discussed services which may be provided and the relationship to the ADRC development as well as the Managed Care component. There are financial issues which will help to determine which services can be included. The possibility of including a "locked unit" was also discussed. Other discussion included bed size, possibility of outsourcing some services, therapy services, space allocation for inservices, classrooms etc.
Next meeting date is March 27 at 6:00 p.m. This will tentatively be a joint meeting - Schauf will notify members if it will not be joint. Regular Continuum of Care meeting will be right after the joint meeting on the 27th.
Motion by Carlson, second by Netzinger to adjourn.
