ORDER OF BUSINESS:
CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chairperson P. Endres at 8:48 A.M. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meetings Law.
AGENDA: Motion by L. Borleske, second by H. Netzinger to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by L. Borleske, second by T. Langer to enter into closed session pursuant to 19.85(1)(c) to consider the employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Closed session to include: Two applicants, M. Krueger, M. Koehler and J. Briggs. Nursing Home Administrator interviews. Roll call vote was taken: P. Endres, - aye L. Borleske,- aye A. Carlson,- aye H. Netzinger, - aye T. Langer - aye. Motion carried.
Motion by L. Borleske, second by H. Netzinger to reconvene in open session. Motion carried.
Motion by L. Borleske, second A. Carlson to proceed with the recruitment for a Nursing Home Administrator as planned. Motion carried.
Motion by T. Langer, second by A. Carlson to adjourn. Motion carried.
