Call to Order and Certification of the Open Meeting Law:

Carlson called the meeting to order and certified compliance with the open meeting law.

Adopt Agenda:

Irwin moved to approve agenda, seconded by Tucker; passed by unanimous vote.

Approval of October 20, 2006 meeting minutes. Vandre moved to approve minutes, seconded by Irwin; passed by unanimous vote.

Review Committee By-laws:

Thill discussed the Long Term Support Planning Committee By-laws. Committee discussed and considered revisions in Article III, membership.

Review and Approve 2007 COP Plan Update:

Thill presented the 2007 COP Plan Update for committee review and approval. Vandre moved to approve plan, seconded by Vaillancourt; passed by unanimous vote.

Aging & Disability Resource Center Update:

Vandre presented information and update on the Aging and Disability Resource Center development. Local and Southwest Coalition planning process was described.

Public Comment:

Carlson asked if committee members could visit group homes. Thill will coordinate.

Committee Meeting Dates 2007:

Tentative meeting dates are as follows: March 21, 2007, June 6, 2007, and September 26, 2007

Adjournment:

Rego moved to adjourn meeting, seconded by Moyer; passed by unanimous vote.
