PRESENT: Stevens, Sinklair, Montgomery, Wheeler, Grill, Daniels, Meister, Johnson, Lennon, and Steinhorst.
The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Sinklair to adopt the Agenda.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Wheeler to approve the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.
Wheeler made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Circuit Court’s
vouchers in the amount of $3,295.88 for March 2007.
Motion Carried .
Montgomery made a motion second by Wheeler to approve the Family Court
Commissioner’s Monthly Report and vouchers in the amount of $310.00
for March 2007.
Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion second by Wheeler to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile
Clerk’s Monthly Report and vouchers in the amount of $3,233.90 for
March 2007 and James Daniels’ attendance at the Wisconsin Register
In Probate Association 2007 Spring Conference on May 16 th to 18 th in
Madison.

Montgomery made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Child Support’s
Monthly Report and vouchers in the amount of $5,252.87 for March.

Sinklair made a motion second by Wheeler to approve the Clerk of Court’s
Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $29,613.88 for March 2007.

Carried.
Montgomery made a motion second by Wheeler to approve the District Attorney’s
Monthly Report and vouchers in the amount of $525.54 for March 2007 and
to approve Ruth Steinhorst, Laura Moffit and Amanda Burton’s attendance
at the Victim Witness Annual Conference on May16th to 18 th in Onalaska.

Sinklair made a motion second by Montgomery to adjourn to May 8, 2007 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
