The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Agenda.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Minutes of the previous meeting.

Public Comment: The Clerk of Court and Judge Evenson will not be attending.
Communications: Stevens discussed a letter received by Corporation Counsel Todd Liebman regarding Daniel Gutt Claim, no action taken.
Wheeler made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Circuit Court’s Vouchers for August 2007 in the amount of $11,777.87.
Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report and Vouchers for August 2007 in the amount of $767.50.
Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Wheeler to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report and vouchers for August 2007 in the amount of $3,740.61.
Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion second by Wheeler to approve Child Support’s Monthly Report and vouchers for August 2007 in the amount of $5,463.28.
Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly report and vouchers for August 2007 in the amount of $31,373.92.
Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the District Attorney’s Monthly Report and vouchers for August 2007 in the amount of $333.79.
Motion Carried.
Steinhorst gave a update regarding 10 % restitution surcharge budget issues.
