PLACE: Branch II Jury Room, Historic Courthouse

PRESENT: Stevens, Tollaksen, Sinklair, Wheeler, Evenson, Grill, Johnson, Meister and Steinhorst.

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Wheeler to adopt the Agenda. Motion Carried.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Circuit Court's Vouchers for September 2007 in the amount of $1,042.79. Motion Carried.

Sinklair made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner's Monthly Report and Vouchers for September 2007 in the amount of $451.50. Motion Carried.

Wheeler made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve Leo Grill's attendance at the Through the Eyes of a Child Seminar in Wisconsin Dells on November 8 th & 9 th ; attendance at the 2007 Traffic Court Seminar in Middleton on November 16 th and to consent to start and complete the procedure to fill the vacant (third) mediator position. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion second by wheeler to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk's Monthly Report and vouchers for September 2007 in the amount of $1,132.86. Motion Carried.

Wheeler made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve Child Support's Monthly Report and vouchers for September 2007 in the amount of $3,816.35 . Motion Carried.

 

Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Clerk of Court's monthly report and vouchers for September 2007 in the amount of $32,613.11 and to approve Terry Radke and Vicki Meister's attendance at the Clerk of Court conference in Appleton for Oct 24-26 . Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the District Attorney's Monthly Report and vouchers for September 2007 in the amount of $1,261.64. Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Wheeler to adjourn to November 13, 2007 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
